HOERBIGER Service Middle East FZE, established in 1993 as a manufacturing, sales and service organization, provides a high level and complete range of services for reciprocating and screw compressor for the Middle East region.

The company is based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai and operates from a 2000 sq meter purpose built facility, which was constructed in 1999 and now employ 52 people.

The Dubai workshop is equipped with several machines such as CNC Lathe & Milling machines, 2.4 and 3.2 meter cylindrical grinding machines, thread rolling of 60 Ton and up to 150 mm diameter threads, cylinder honing and boring machines, grinding and lapping tables, sandblasting and painting booths as well as 2 ovens for curing paint and stress reliving piston rods. 

From Dubai HOERBIGER Service Middle East FZE  covers all service requirements for customers located in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Yemen and Iraq.

HSME is a 24 hour 7 days a week service company. Technicians are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Spares required urgently can be manufactured and dispatched within 24 hours or if on stock can be sent the same day. 

The company has been awarded many annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with several customers in the region where they provide scheduled service and routine maintenance on periodic bases. They also contact repair works on multi year contracts where they work within a fixed price policy irrespective of the scope of repair, baring the risk and responsibility for damaged components, and as the strategy is for many companies, they have fixed price agreements for immediate purchases.

Stock of parts is made in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to be as close to the customers as possible, HSME also provide their own logistics with 2 five ton vehicles traveling the region collecting parts for refurbishment and delivering new and repaired components directly to the customers site around the Gulf.

The company is equipped to provide both on site and in-house service, as well as compressor service training for maintenance and operation. Our technicians are fully equipped for on-site overhauls, with all the tools and monitoring equipment as well as 4x4 heavy-duty vehicles for on site service in remote locations such as in the Saudi Arabian desert.

HSME is a level 2 facility within the Hoerbiger Group and therefore we are technically able to provide HSME supported by our vast research and development, which is located locally and in our competence centers around the world.
